Information we collect
Lirix records contact information, property inquiries, tour preferences and seller details submitted through this website in a private database on its hosting server. These records help staff respond to your request. Do not submit financial account numbers, identification documents or other sensitive information.
Inquiries and access
Buyer inquiries, seller consultations, showing requests, CMA requests and cash-offer inquiries are intended for the designated real estate agent. Access may also be provided to the sponsoring broker and authorized brokerage personnel for legitimate business, supervision and compliance purposes.
Client information must not be automatically shared with unaffiliated third parties without appropriate authorization or another lawful basis. Any requested referral should be discussed before information is provided to an independent professional.
Accounts and communication choices
Google sign-in supplies a verified identity, email and account name. Secure session cookies keep you signed in. Saved homes and searches belong to your account and can be removed there. Existing browser favorites may be imported after signing in.
Newsletter consent is separate from permission to respond to an inquiry and from saved-search alert consent. Newsletter signup records your email, consent and source. Delivery begins only after its workflow is available; you may unsubscribe through your account or an email preference link.
Retention
The proposed policy is to retain general inquiries and inactive leads for up to 12 months following the last meaningful interaction, unless a legal obligation, MLS requirement or brokerage policy requires a different period. Automated enforcement of this retention period is not yet enabled; contact us about correction or deletion requests.
Transaction documents and VOW registration records require separate retention under applicable TREC, NTREIS, VOW and brokerage requirements. Final retention periods and procedures remain subject to review.
Third-party services and safeguards
Listing photos and map tiles load from their source services, which receive ordinary network requests. Google processes sign-in under its own policies. Submitted records are stored on the hosting server with restricted staff access and local recovery backups. Avoid sending sensitive documents through general inquiry forms.
